Fasi operative - Piani di Protezione Civile - Regione Piemonte
Il dataset rappresenta le fasi operative relative ai Comuni e agli Enti di Area vasta, ossia la risposta data dall'insieme delle azioni e contromisure messe in atto da Soggetti Istituzionali e non, appartenenti ad un Sistema di Protezione Civile, per fronteggiare gli eventi e contrastarne gli effetti negativi su un territorio.
Le Fasi Operative indicate nei Piani di Protezione Civile sono:
- FASE DI ATTENZIONE
- FASE DI PREALLARME
- FASE DI ALLARME
Per ciascuna delle Fasi Operative si definisce il quadro procedurale di riferimento esplicitando per le Amministrazioni interessate:
- una indicazione relativa alla comunicazione tra Enti;
- una classe di azione principale che riassume la “natura” delle attività svolte nella fase;
- la declinazione dell’azione principale sull’ambito operativo e su quello delle risorse.
Le Fasi Operative sono disposte, dichiarate ed attivate dall’Autorità di Protezione Civile competente per territorio e, seppur collegate ai livelli di allerta, non ne discendono automaticamente e consequenzialmente.
Esse, infatti, sono strettamente collegate ai dati di monitoraggio e sorveglianza in tempo reale osservati sul territorio ed alla situazione contingente in essere.
